                                           Rolwaling Tashilaptcha PAss Trekking

Rolwaling valley is the neighboring valley of the Solo Khumbu (Mt Everest region). Similar in culture to Sherpa people of the Everest region without the crowds. A land of wonderful Himalayan views, mystery and superstition. According to the legend, a monastery named Kher Shambala mysteriously disappeared into the earth.

This trek is considered as a medium difficult trek and suitable for average people. If you are moderately fit and have a sense of adventure, you will enjoy this trek. The program is designed to acclimatize you gradually and not to experience high altitude sickness. However you are requested to check your altitude fitness and the itinerary.

Please note that the following program is prepared in the fact basis however can be changed in some circumstances, but adjustments will have to made during the trekking. We request you to be flexible with the situation to enjoy yourself.

As the trek is designed for camping arrangement, everything is handled by our team of porters, Sherpa, and cooks who carry the equipment, set up the camp and have hot meals waiting for you at every food break.

Short Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu.  Nepal.

Day 02: Free day at Kathmandu hotel include with breakfast,

Day 03: Kathmandu- Shigati by bus 9 hour (1020 m).

Day 04: Shigati 6 hour to Gongar (1350 m).

Day 05: Gongar 6 hour to Simigaon (2020 m).

Day 06: Simigaon 6/7 hour to Donga (2800).

Day 07: Donga 5/6 hour to Beding (3690 m).

Day 08: Biding 6 hour to Na (4180 m).

Day 09: Na Day of acclimatization. Rest or excursion towards the Yalung La.

Day 10: Na 5/6 hour to Nyiduk Kongma (4750 m).

Day 11: Nyiduk-Kongma 5/6 hour Drolumbar Glacier 5200m.

Day 12: Glacier 7/8 hour to Drolumbau - Tashi LAPSA (5755 m)

Day 13: Camp at 5200 m - Thame 5/6 hour (3800 m)

Day 14: Thame 5 hour to Namche Bazar (3440 m).

Day 15: Namche Bazar 7 hour to Lukla (2800m).

Day 16: From Lukla –Kathmandu.

Day 17: Depature from nepal.
