7 days Nepal tour Kathmandu - Chitwan -Pokhara is the best tour in Nepal. The tour package offers world heritage sites in Kathmandu Valley,the major tourist attractions like Monkey temple, Pasupati temple,Patan and Bhaktpur. After Pokhara we will visit Chitwan wildlife jungle safari. Chitwan is only 150m above the sea level.The most famous wildlife in Chitwan is perhaps the single-horned Asian rhinoceros. A few decades ago, their number had fallen to less than 100, but recent count puts them at 400. These animals have thick armor like hide that is hard to penetrate even with a bullet. A fully grown animal can be as tall as 180cm. In spite of army protection for these animals and severe punishment for harming them, rhino poaching is still a problem as every organ of the animal carries some (probably superstitious) value. The horn fetches about US$10,000 per kilo and is believed to be an aphrodisiac. The dung can be a laxative, the urine cures tuberculosis and asthma. The blood can help cure menstrual problems. The hide keeps away evil spirits. And so on.Chitwan has about 150 Bengal tigers left of the one time 3000 or so. Though poaching is a serious threat, the real threat for these majestic animals is the gradual loss of its habitat. A male tiger requires almost 60km space, and a female one requires a third of it. Chitwan is simply not big enough to handle many tigers. It is rare for one to actually see a tiger, though looking for one is an interesting part of the trip. 

After 2 nights 3 days Chitwan Tour we will visit Pokhara. Pokhara is one of the tourist hub of Nepal. It is the combinatin of nature and culture. Lakeside is one of the happening places of Pokhara, where tourists can find everything. Pokhara is quite a modern city with only few touristic attractions in the town itself. Most interesting is the old centre in the north of the city (purano bazar) where still many old shops and warehouses in the Newari style can be found. Mule caravans still arrive there from Mustang.

Itinerary Detail

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival.
Arrival Kathmandu we will be present at the airport and transfers to hotel by private vehicle. Rest of the day is free for individual activities and evening met in office for further program details.O/N at hotel.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Full day Kathmandu valley sightseeing by private car including; Pashupatinath, Hindus Temple / Boudhanath Stupa / Boudhanilkanth / Swayambhunath Stupa Patan Durbar Square & Bhaktapur Durbar Square. O/N at hotel.

Day 03: Kathmandu - Pokhara
Departure to Pokhara by Tourist Bus /Car (By bus ^ hour Drive,by car 4 hour. Late afternoon Boating on Fewa lake, and walk around Lake side. O/N at hotel.

Day 04: Pokhara Sightseeing
Pokhara valley sightseeing by private vehicle including; David's fall / Gupteshwar cave / Bindhya Bashani temple / White river (Seti Gorge) / Regional Museum / Super market. International Mountain museum and Lakeside market. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Pokhara - Chitwan
Departure to Royal Chitwan National Park by car 4 hour. After lunch, visit elephant breeding Center. O/N at lodge.

Day 06: Chitwan Activities
Full day Jungle activities including: Crocodile safari on Rapti River / Elephant Safari / Jungle walk / Bird watching & Tharu (ethnic) Culture Dance,Elephant bath,Village walk. O/N at Lodge.

Day 07: Chitwan- Kathmandu
Drive to Kathmandu by car 4 hour. Rest of the day is free for shopping and other personal activities. Evening, join a Nepali Traditional Cultural show and dinner.

Day 08: Final Departure
Transfer to International  Airport for your onward destination.
