                                Everest Base Camp with Island Peak Climbing

Everest Base Camp with Island peak climbing is the Excellent  trek professionally designed walking &  peak climbing itinerary takes you to the acclimatization hike to the most popular trekking destination of Everest Base Camp and Kala Pattar first for the close up views of Mt. Everest before scaling the pick. Island Peak was the name given to the mountain in 1952 by Eric Shipton's who thought it to be reminiscent of an island in a sea of ice. It is also known as "Imja Tse" in Sherpa Name.
This is the most popular trekking peak in Nepal. From Dingboche the mountain is seen as an island in a sea of ice. The summit is interesting and attractive with a highly glaciated west face rising from the Lhotse Glacier.

Short Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Katmandu, transfer to hotel, brief about the trip, and well-come dinner at evening through the typical Nepalese kitchen..
Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) and Phakding (2610m): Fly to Lukla.
Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3446m)
Day 04: Rest day at Namche Bazaar
Day 05: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3867m)
Day 06: Tengboche to Dingboche (4300m)
Day 07: Rest day at Dingboche
Day 08: Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m)
Day 09: Lobuche to EBC (5360m) to Gorakshep (5160m)
Day 10: Gorakshep to Kalapaththar (5545m) to Dingboche
Day 11: Dingboche to Chukung Hike Chukung Ri
Day 12: Chukung  to Island Base camp
Day 13: Summit Island peak (6161) and back to Base camp.
Day 14: Base camp to Pangboche
Day 15: Pangboche to Namche
Day 16: Namche to Lukla
Day 17:  Lukla to Kathmandu by flight
Day 18: Departure from Nepal.
